Worth Opening: WSET Level 3 (WSET L3 Mocks on your home screen)

By installing or using Worth Opening: WSET Level 3 (the app) you agree to these terms.
1. What the app is
The app is an independent study aid for candidates preparing for the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines. It contains practice questions, mark schemes and tasting exercises written by Worth Opening.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. It is not an official WSET product, it is not a WSET past paper, and no part of it has been reviewed or approved by WSET. Any reference to WSET or to the qualification is descriptive, to tell you what the app prepares you for.
2. No guarantee of results
The app is a rehearsal tool. It does not guarantee that you will pass any examination. The indicative grades, pass lines and weakness analysis are our own estimates, based on the published structure of the qualification. They are not marks awarded by any examining body and carry no official standing.
The content is prepared with care but may contain errors, and syllabuses change. Always study from the current official materials supplied by your course provider. If you think you have found a mistake, tell us and we will look at it.
3. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own study.
You may not:
- Copy, extract, scrape or republish the questions, mark schemes or tasting notes
- Sell, rent, sub-licence or share access to the paid content
- Use the content to train a machine learning model
- Reverse engineer the app except where the law says you may
All content remains the property of Worth Opening.
4. Purchases
Mock 1 is free. A single one-off payment unlocks mocks 2 to 20 permanently. It is not a subscription and it will not renew.
The purchase is made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, not directly with us. Their terms govern the transaction. Use "Restore purchases" in Settings to recover your unlock on a new device using the same store account.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. We cannot issue, approve or refuse a refund. Apply through the store you bought from.
5. Your data
The app stores your progress on your device only. We do not hold it, cannot recover it, and are not responsible for its loss. Deleting the app, resetting progress or losing the device destroys that data permanently. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app working and up to date but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw the app or any part of its content. If we withdraw paid content entirely and you bought it recently, contact us.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, the app is provided as is, and Worth Opening is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any examination result, arising from your use of it. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident outside Hong Kong, nothing in this section removes the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

The app is published by RT Advisory Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, trading as Worth Opening.
