Fine wine, chosen with the diligence it deserves.

French by birth and by persuasion, I work between Hong Kong and Europe, curating private tastings, cellars and sourcing. Fifteen years in investment banking left one habit that never switched off: do the diligence before you commit. Every bottle here gets exactly that treatment.

Currently completing the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines, I select for provenance, drinking window and honest pricing, and I would rather pour one great wine than list twenty.

“A great bottle is not just a label. It is provenance, timing, price discipline and storage”

Good questions

Before you ask

Where do tastings take place?

In private rooms, villas and offices, always at licensed venues or your own premises. Hong Kong and Europe, including Andalusia, following the founder's calendar.

How many guests can you host?

Our formats are designed for 8 to 20 guests. Larger groups are possible with notice, and intimate dinners for fewer are a pleasure.

Do you sell wine?

No. We hold no stock. We source through trusted, licensed merchants and charge a transparent fee only when you buy, so the advice is never shaped by what sits in a warehouse.

Is this wine investment advice?

Never. We talk drinking windows, provenance and value, not returns. If someone pitches wine as an investment, hold your wallet.

How is it priced?

Every engagement is quoted individually, because the wines, the guest count and the venue drive the cost. Tell us what you have in mind and you will have a written, itemised proposal within 48 hours. Your first cellar review is on the house.

What is the standard of the wines?

Fine wine only. Premier cru Burgundy as the floor, alongside classed growth Bordeaux, benchmark Rhône and Sauternes. Provenance checked, and every bottle tasted before guests arrive.

How far ahead should I book?

Three to four weeks for most events. Year-end and late spring book out earlier.
